Job Summary
AVS Financial Controller and Business Partner leads financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multi-entity operations. As a trusted partner to operational leaders, you’ll translate financial data into actionable strategy, drive process improvements, manage intercompany activities and transfer pricing, monitor cash flow and working capital, and support strategic planning and business cases. CPA with 5–8 years in multi-entity environments, ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA preferred), bilingual French/English, and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA Title
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Experience with monthly close processes and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA is an asset)
- Bilingual (French & English)
