Job Summary
Deliver financial service information and promote all offerings to every customer visiting the store to increase Prospera Sales. Operate computers to process transactions effectively, manage originated cash, and handle inventory services under custody. Provide the highest level of customer service while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and Bank Secrecy Act regulations. Maintain a good working environment and inform the supervisor of any events requiring intervention. This bilingual Spanish and English role requires experience with direct sales and computer operations. Applicants must work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
- Experience in operating computers and conducting financial transactions
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience in direct sales to customers
- Understanding of the company policies and procedures
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
