Job Summary
Lead a team of 10 Specialists focused on the end-to-end final trailing docs workflow for mortgage servicing, including document imaging, system validation, and physical fulfillment. Oversee vendor relationships with settlement agents and title companies, manage the aged items process (>90–120 days post-closing), ensure accuracy of FedEx shipping manifests and custodians’ receipt acknowledgments, and verify LOS updates from “Requested” to “Closed” to maintain data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Servicing, Title, or Post-Closing Document Management
- Expertise in county recording requirements and title policy standards
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on high-volume production and administrative accuracy
