Job Summary
Operate rope descent systems, swing stages, and water-fed poles to maintain the exterior of major commercial landmarks while ensuring streak-free results on storefronts and residential properties. Assist with specialized services like pressure washing to keep client properties in top shape. Strictly follow all OSHA and industry safety protocols, including meticulous inspections of fall-protection gear. Work alongside a skilled crew to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. Requires high-rise window cleaning experience, physical stamina for Minnesota weather, and a valid driver's license. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 7AM to 3:30PM with occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in high-rise window cleaning or related high-altitude work (climbing, roofing, etc.)
- Comfort using harnesses, ropes, bosun's chairs, and lifts
- Ability to lift equipment, climb, and work outdoors in various Minnesota weather conditions
- A passion for delivering high-quality, professional results
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation to job sites across the Metro area
