Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot final packaging equipment for bagging, sealing, labeling, and boxing machinery while inspecting finished products for quality, consistency, and accurate labeling. Accurately weigh, count, and verify product quantities, maintaining detailed production records including batch logs, lot numbers, and traceability documents. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by adhering to GMP, HACCP, and allergen handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination, and collaborate with quality control and production teams to address issues. Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and report shortages, while following all safety protocols and participating in ongoing training. Work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
