Job Summary
Conduct final-mile delivery, assembly, and repair services for customers, managing pickups, installations, and on-site product setup using mobile apps. Operate as a two-person team for deliveries and assemblies or as a single person for repairs, utilizing vans, sprinters, or box trucks to transport large items like basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and home goods. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, provide required tools and vehicle maintenance, and ensure all insurance and DOT/MC compliance standards are met. Accept only jobs matching your team's capabilities and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
