Job Summary
Manage delivery, assembly, and repair operations for Final Mile Service Provider teams, selecting jobs that match your equipment and schedule. Coordinate 2-person teams for pickup, delivery, and installation of products to manufacturer specifications, or lead 1-person repair crews using manufacturer-provided parts. Safely handle large items including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and backyard products while maintaining strong customer service communication. Utilize mobile apps to manage job completion and ensure all vehicles, tools, and insurance requirements meet AIT standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
