Job Summary
Conduct final-mile delivery, assembly, and repair services for customers, managing pickups, installations, and in-home product setups using manufacturer specifications. Operate as a 2-person team for delivery and assembly tasks or as a single-person repair specialist, utilizing vans, sprinters, or box trucks to transport large items including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and home goods. Maintain required tools and vehicles while ensuring compliance with insurance, registration, and DOT/MC authority standards. Accept only jobs matching your team's capabilities and equipment, completing work via mobile apps with a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
