Job Summary
Manage Final Mile delivery, assembly, and repair projects by coordinating pickup, installation, and on-site product setup for customers. Operate as a 2-person team for delivery and assembly tasks using vans, sprinters, or box trucks, or work independently for in-home repairs. Safely handle large items including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, and backyard products while maintaining strict manufacturer specifications. Utilize mobile applications to manage job assignments and ensure all compliance requirements, including valid licenses, clean MVRs, and proper insurance, are met before accepting work.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
