Job Summary
Conduct delivery, assembly, and repair services for customers, managing pickups, installations, and on-site product setup using mobile apps. Operate as a 2-person team for delivery and assembly tasks or as a single person for in-home repairs, utilizing vans, sprinters, or box trucks as required. Safely handle large items including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, and backyard products while adhering to manufacturer specifications. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, provide necessary tools and vehicles, and ensure all insurance and compliance standards are met. Earn $40,000–$100,000+ annually with weekly settlements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
- Pass background checks
- Pass drug screens
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as: Basketball hoops (portable & in-ground), Fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, etc.), Furniture, home goods, and backyard products (playsets, pergolas, grills, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
