Job Summary
Conduct pickup, delivery, and installation of products to manufacturer specifications or perform on-site assembly and in-home repairs for customers. Operate as a 2-person team for delivery and assembly tasks using a van, sprinter, or box truck, or work independently for repair jobs with manufacturer-provided parts. Safely handle large items including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, and backyard products while managing jobs via mobile applications. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, provide required tools and vehicle, and ensure all insurance and DOT/MC compliance standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
