Job Summary
Manage Final Mile delivery, assembly, and repair contracts by coordinating pickup, installation, and in-home product setup for manufacturers. Lead 2-person teams to deliver large items like basketball hoops and fitness equipment, or operate as a single repair technician using manufacturer-provided parts. Utilize mobile apps to accept jobs matching your vehicle and team capabilities, ensuring all work adheres to strict safety and customer service standards. Maintain valid driver's licenses, clean MVRs, and required DOT/MC authority while providing your own tools and vehicles. Complete weekly settlements based on earnings from accepted work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
