Job Summary
Manage Final Mile delivery, assembly, and repair operations by coordinating 2-person teams for product installation or 1-person crews for in-home repairs. Execute pickups and deliveries to manufacturer specifications while handling large items like basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and backyard products. Utilize mobile apps to manage job assignments and maintain compliance with insurance, registration, and DOT/MC authority standards. Provide and maintain required tools and vehicles, ensuring all team members possess valid licenses and clean MVRs. Accept only jobs matching your team's equipment and capabilities to maximize volume within the Redding, CA network.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as: Basketball hoops (portable & in-ground), Fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, etc.), Furniture, home goods, and backyard products (playsets, pergolas, grills, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
