Job Summary
Deliver, assemble, and repair large products at customer homes, including basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and backyard installations. Operate as a two-person team with a van, Sprinter, or box truck, or perform one-person repairs using manufacturer-provided parts. Manage jobs via mobile apps while ensuring all vehicles meet specific size requirements and safety standards. Maintain a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and required insurance certificates to operate independently or within a team structure. Accept only work that aligns with your equipment and capabilities to maximize volume opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
