Job Summary
Conduct pickup, delivery, and installation of products to manufacturer specifications or perform on-site assembly and in-home repairs for customers. Manage job assignments via mobile applications while operating a van, sprinter, or box truck for larger deliveries, or utilizing a sedan/SUV for assembly and repair tasks only. Lead two-person teams for delivery and assembly operations or work independently for repair services, ensuring safe handling of large items like basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and outdoor structures. Maintain a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and required DOT/MC authority, while providing and maintaining all necessary tools and meeting insurance compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
