Job Summary
Conduct delivery, assembly, and repair services for customers using a 2-person team or as a single repair specialist. Manage job assignments via mobile apps while safely handling large items such as basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and home goods. Operate a van, sprinter, or box truck (16'–26') for delivery and assembly tasks, or utilize a sedan/SUV strictly for assembly and repair work. Maintain required tools, vehicle, and insurance compliance including a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and DOT/MC authority as needed. Accept only jobs matching your team's capabilities and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as: Basketball hoops (portable & in-ground), Fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, etc.), Furniture, home goods, and backyard products (playsets, pergolas, grills, etc.)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
