Job Summary
Manage final-mile delivery, assembly, and repair projects for customers, selecting jobs that match your team's equipment and capabilities. Coordinate 2-person teams for pickup, delivery, and installation of large items like basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and home goods, or lead 1-person repair crews using manufacturer-provided parts. Ensure all vehicles meet size requirements, maintain required tools and insurance, and use mobile apps to track job completion. Earn weekly settlements based on accepted work volume while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
