Job Summary
Conduct pickup, delivery, and installation of products to manufacturer specifications, or perform in-home assembly and repairs using mobile apps to manage jobs. Manage 2-person teams for delivery and assembly tasks involving large items like basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and backyard products, or operate independently for repair work. Provide and maintain required tools and vehicles, ensuring compliance with DOT/MC authority and insurance standards. Select jobs that match your equipment and schedule to maximize volume.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to safely handle and assemble large items such as basketball hoops, fitness equipment, furniture, home goods, and backyard products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
