Job Summary
Manage Final Mile delivery, assembly, and repair services for AIT Worldwide Logistics by coordinating pickup, installation, and on-site product setup for customers. Operate as a 2-person team using vans, sprinters, or box trucks to deliver large items like basketball hoops, fitness equipment, and home goods, or lead 1-person repair teams using manufacturer-provided parts. Maintain compliance by holding a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, providing required tools and vehicles, and securing necessary DOT/MC authority and insurance certificates. Accept only jobs matching your team's capabilities and equipment to maximize volume while working independently or in pairs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be physically capable of lifting, delivering, and assembling products
- Must provide and maintain required tools and vehicle(s)
- EIN required
- Must meet AIT insurance, registration, and compliance requirements
- DOT/MC authority required for some work
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets AIT standards
- Experience delivering, assembling, or repairing products in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage and complete jobs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person team (except for repair)
