Final Inspector responsible for comprehensive quality checks on finished gear components and assemblies, verifying conformance to blueprints and quality documents, documenting non-conformances, and collaborating with production/engineering/QA to implement corrective actions. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection in manufacturing
- Ability to use a wide range of precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods
