Job Summary
Analyze applications for business owners seeking capital by reviewing basic information, revenue, and credit card processing statements. Properly assess risks associated with each deal while conducting background checks, pulling credit reports, and interpreting relevant data. Process a minimum of 10 deals daily totaling over $100k, maintaining a maximum loss rate of 5%. Manage the beginning stages of collections on defaulting accounts. Requires fluent bilingualism in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work a 9am-6pm Monday-Friday on-site schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- preferably in a business-related field
- Ability to multitask
- Must have strong communication skills
- the ability to work well in a team setting
- The candidate must be Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)
- Needs to be efficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelors level of education or above
- Work a schedule from 9am-6pm Monday- Friday On-Site
