Final Control Valve Sales Manager

Final Control Valve Sales Manager led by Puffer-Sweiven will drive strategic business planning and growth across the Central and Gulf Coast regions. Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive plans to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets; identifying opportunities across product lines; implementing sales and marketing strategies for short-term performance and long-term market development. Directly supervise Account Managers, foster a high-performance culture, provide coaching and performance feedback, and manage hiring, onboarding, development, and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with end-user customers, support key customer meetings and escalations, and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. Spend significant time in the field with customers and sales teams to stay attuned to market needs. Collaborate with principal manufacturers—including Emerson—to align strategies and drive joint success. Develop efficient processes to reduce cost-to-sell while maximizing margin, deliver quarterly leadership presentations, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
