Final Assembly Technician 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Final Assembly Technician handles the final assembly of products on 2nd shift, assembling various industrial fan products per detailed work instructions and drawings. Uses hand and torque tools and measuring devices to perform precise assembly, conducts visual and functional inspections to ensure quality, identifies and reports defects or process deviations, and maintains a clean, safe 6S-compliant work area. Collaborates with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related technical field
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devices
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and PPE requirements
