Job Summary
F&I Manager at RECO EQUIPMENT INC. is responsible for managing retail finance relationships between customers, lenders, and the company. The role includes educating customers on financing, maintenance contracts, and extended warranties, selling F&I products, establishing relationships with finance sources, and ensuring timely paperwork with lenders. The candidate should have prior F&I sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and be capable of supporting the sales team to achieve profitability. Standard hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm and the position requires professional appearance and ethics, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and accurate documentation. Belmont, OH location, with in-person duties.
Required Qualifications
- Menu Selling Experience is required
- Two years’ experience as a successful F&I Manager or related job
- Proven ability to present F&I products and their value to customers
- Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extraordinary negotiation and presentation skills
