Job Summary
Service, maintain, and exchange existing water filtration equipment and coolers on a scheduled basis. Install in-line coffee brewer units for new accounts and deliver coffee products upon installation. Respond to scheduled filter changes and service requests while operating and maintaining company vehicles safely. Maintain inventory of equipment and parts, document all transactions, and test water samples after servicing. Serve as a brand ambassador by nurturing customer relationships and providing exceptional service. Work M-F 7am-4:30pm in residential, office, or manufacturing environments. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50lbs required.
Required Qualifications
- Fundamentals of plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Ability to use basic power and hand tools
- Ability to work in residential, office and manufacturing environments
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use application based handheld devices
- Excellent planning, time management, organization and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills proficiency
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time when servicing equipment
- Valid Driver's License and ability to meet Company driver qualification standards
- Flexibility to work weekends based on business needs
- Candidates must possess strong English language skills
- Proficiency in English
