Job Summary
Assembles filters by setting up and operating production machinery to start a production cycle, calibrating and adjusting machine settings, feeding raw materials to semi-automated systems, inspecting parts with precision tools, meeting production targets, and maintaining logs. Works collaboratively with teammates to ensure high-quality output and safety compliance. On-the-job training provided; willingness to learn and improve is valued. Reports to the Production Supervisor in Ogden, UT, with Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of production procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Attention to detail
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Willingness to work flexible hours (occasional weekends)
