Job Summary
Identify customer needs and act as an outfitter by preparing guests for their next adventure through exceptional product knowledge. Support marketing events and stories via in-store promotion, clientele emails, and community outreach while ensuring Filson Standards and Operating Standards are met. Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe, clean store environment and enforcing company programs, initiatives, and policies. Uphold strong visual merchandising requirements and perform other duties as assigned to support store operations. This role requires standing for eight hours, lifting 30 pounds, and working weekends, holidays, and evenings. Starting pay ranges from $19.61 to $21.75 per hour with potential monthly bonuses based on store financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service environment
- Friendly and outgoing; service mentality
- Strong communication, both verbal and written skills

- Merchandising and visual sales floor skills
- Motivated and results driven
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic math skills
- Must be 18+ years old

- Able to pull clothing and luggage from shelves
- Able to bend, kneel, or stoop
