Job Summary

Filmmaker who shoots and edits Ramp's Customer Stories, creating cinematic, character-led content that goes beyond traditional testimonials. Own the camera and edit, influence pre-production (scouting, shot lists, pre-interviews) and manage production (lighting, direction on set) through post (rough cut to final delivery). Build Ramp's NYC equipment kit, source gear, and generate social derivative cuts from each shoot to support paid, organic, and sales channels. Collaborate with the Customer Creative Director to push innovative, narrative-driven storytelling. Requires 5+ years of film production across commercial and documentary styles, a self-shooter who owns the edit, a strong editorial eye, ability to direct a small crew when needed, and a passion for drawing out the human story in a business context. Based in NYC (with relocation support to NYC or SF as needed).
