Job Summary
Run the assigned machine and set it up based on product specifications. Recognize and troubleshoot problems, then communicate with and lead line workers during quality control. Organize, clean, and switch change parts as needed while keeping accurate counts of finished product per drum. Tear down, clean, and reassemble equipment daily. Ensure all quality specifications are followed and paperwork is completed. Must be willing to work overtime, stand for long periods, and lift up to 700lbs. Schedule is a 10-hour shift from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday at a rate of $19.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate basic Math
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to use a drum card to load drums into presses, sometimes weighting upwards of 700lbs
- Must be willing to work with others
