Job Summary
Filling Operator II performs cleaning, loading commodities, setup, size changeover, startup activities, and the normal operation of the batch in a cleanroom environment, with potential for moderate maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging and filling equipment (IBFM, RCO, Overwrap). Required Qualifications
- High degree of training and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Working under moderate supervision from the Production Supervisor
- Must complete all required training and follow applicable SOPs, Batch Records, and GMP standards
- Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to operate advanced HMI applications
- Perform cleaning, loading commodities, setup, size changeover, startup activities, and normal batch operation
- Perform preventive and minor maintenance of production lines
- Operate Fully Integrated Bag Making Filling Machine (IBFM), Robot Cell Overwrap (RCO) and Overwrap equipment in a cleanroom
- Document batch records and logs accurately and timely
- Shadow training of Filling Operators III
- Comply with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements
- Adhere to cGMPs and safety requirements
