Job Summary
Filling Operator needed for permanent full-time Afternoon shift (15:00–23:00) at Baxter’s Alliston facility. Responsibilities include visual inspection and filling of IV bag assemblies, loading into over-wraps and sterilizer trays, weighing and verifying fill volume, batch/sample handling, adherence to SOPs and cGMP, and maintaining quality throughout each step. Must have a High School diploma or GED, be able to work in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment, and collaborate with team members while following 6S and safety procedures. Compensation includes a pay rate of $26.55/hour with potential shift premium; the role emphasizes quality assurance, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Required Qualifications
