Filler Seamer - Day Shift

Run the seamer machine and execute changeovers per schedule, verifying pouches and lids against batch sheets before feeding materials. Monitor and record product information, run QC inspector samples for seam tear-down, and adjust can or pouch weights per quality control instructions. Maintain a clean workspace during downtime and changeovers, while performing weekly sanitation. Adhere to Simmons operating systems principles, including safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices, and actively participate in team meetings to foster cohesiveness and implement company policies.
