Job Summary
Operate and maintain a canning line, including daily setup, CIP, and SIP procedures. Monitor beverage conditions for temperature and carbonation, ensuring all activity adheres to SOPs for yield, fill-height, and dissolved oxygen levels. Keep accurate production records, perform regular equipment maintenance, and uphold GMP cleanliness standards. Troubleshoot machinery issues and manage multiple projects while navigating tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Assist with tasks outside key responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs occasionally
- Operate a forklift and complex machinery (training can be provided)
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Strong work ethic and a team player that is looking for a position at a fast- growing company
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
- Willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities
- Communicate efficiently with team and customers
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Technical/professional training in mechanical and/or electrical field a plus
- Experience working in a production/packaging brewery or manufacturing environment
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly
