Job Summary

Operate and clean high-speed filling machines, managing startup, shutdown, and sanitation according to Standard Operating Procedures. Submit work orders, maintain equipment, and consistently meet production quotas while adhering to Federal, State, and company GMPs. Safely perform downstream operations, complete required paperwork, and ensure the plant remains inspection-ready 24/7. Maintain communication with team members and follow all OSHA regulations and safety policies. Work 12-hour shifts (starting 6:00 PM EST or AM EST) on alternating 3 or 4-day weeks with a 3-day weekend off every other week.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic math and computer skills
Experience working with manufacturing equipment
Team oriented
Ability to collaborate and operate in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team based environment
Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle and move items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to lift greater than 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to wear all necessary personal protective equipment to perform job functions
Must be available for 12 Hour Shift Beginning at 6:00pm PM EST or 12 Hour Shift Beginning at 6:00pm AM EST
Must be available for 3 day weekend off every other week
