Job Summary
Operate and monitor filler equipment while supporting daily milk production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assist with processing, packaging, and production line activities, inspecting products to maintain quality standards. Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, adapting to changing needs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Full-time grave shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Must speak, read, and understand English
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
- Candidates must disclose any previous employment with Gossner Foods
- Rehire eligibility verification will be required for all former Gossner employees
- Relatives currently working in the Milk Production Department may affect eligibility

- Previous production, manufacturing, machine operating, or food production experience
