Job Summary
Operate filler line on 2nd shift at the Germantown plant, ensuring adherence to GMPs and safety standards. Proficient in SIP/CIP operations, perform basic cleaning, inspection and lubrication, assist with startup/shutdown, troubleshoot line issues, complete changeovers and packaging/coding setup, report non-conformances to QA and supervision, maintain logs and MES data, manage inventory and maintain a clean production area, and support shift meetings. Requires forklift operation as needed and 6 months of prior manufacturing/packaging/assembly experience; strong reading/writing/listening in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months previous manufacturing, packaging, or assembly line production experience
- Demonstrated organizational and observational skills, and detail-oriented
- Basic mathematical calculation skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write and listen to written and oral and instructions in the English language
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision
