Fill Prep Operator

Prepare and mix fill materials according to procedures and batch records, measuring and weighing gelatin and dyes using manual and computerized scales. Process fill batches and perform color conversions per SOPs while cleaning, inspecting, and sanitizing mixers, receivers, and equipment. Operate electrical and pneumatic control equipment and maintain supplies and housekeeping in the Fill Prep (Mixing) room. Deliver prepared fill to the Capsule Machine Room strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company SOPs. Schedule Monday to Thursday from 05:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
