Fill Prep Operator

Prepare and mix fill materials for high-quality capsule production, measuring gelatin and dyes with manual and computerized scales. Process fill batches and perform color conversions per SOPs while maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. Clean, inspect, and sanitize mixers, receivers, and equipment, ensuring proper housekeeping and supply maintenance in the Fill Prep room. Operate electrical and pneumatic control systems throughout the shift. Work Monday through Thursday from 05:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
