Job Summary
Conduct conflict resolution and de-escalation while performing access control at security entrances and exits. Execute patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions, frequently interacting with employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, and protect evidence during accidents or investigations. Set up barriers, signage, and provide direction as required for assigned sites. This part-time role in Madison, WI, offers weekly pay, medical and dental benefits, and a path to full-time employment. Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and possess strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available any day, at least two shifts
- Must be stationed at various site locations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must remain vigilant throughout the shift
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process
- Must be willing to participate in drug screen
- Must be willing to participate in background investigation
