Job Summary
Conduct cleaning and maintenance of assigned facilities including dusting surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, sanitizing restrooms, and removing stains. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables, replenish restroom supplies, and polish metal fixtures. Report incomplete tasks to the District Manager and perform other duties as assigned by management or requested by customers. Work independently after completing training while adhering to all company safety procedures and policies. This part-time night shift role (Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM–9:30 PM) requires a driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and dependable transportation. Locations may vary daily across Madison, Fitchburg, Middleton, and the East Side.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's license
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift
- Able to frequently bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and perform repetitive movements in a physically active work setting
- Must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team when required
- Comfortable handling and working with cleaning products and chemicals
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
