Filipino Weekend Caregiver

Job Summary
As a Filipino Weekend Caregiver, you will perform tasks such as grocery shopping, running errands, light housekeeping, cooking, meal preparation, and providing personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and toileting. You will also engage clients through companionship activities, assist with travel, and deliver 24-hour/overnight care, including monitoring vital signs and providing palliative support. Reliability and flexibility are essential, and speaking Tagalog and English is a requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Caregiver (at least 2 years preferred)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Example: Passport or Driver's License and Social Security Card)
- Ability to provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs. when needed
- Experience with medication reminders and monitoring vital signs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide companionship and engage clients in activities
- Reliability and punctuality, flexible hours preferred
- Speaks bilingual in both Tagalog and English
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Chest X-ray or PPD Skin Test (with negative results)
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- CNA/PCA/HHA Certification
