Job Summary
Filing Clerk responsible for assisting with the receiving, sorting (and re-sorting), time-stamping and delivering of files, sorting and filing a variety of documents, scanning and shredding documents as required, and assisting with photocopying and filing activities. Performs general administrative support for document management and office filing, with related duties as needed. Requires attention to detail in handling administrative tasks, and compliance with background and reference checks where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with receiving and sorting files
- Time-stamping and delivering documents
- Scanning and shredding documents
- Assisting with photocopying and filing
- Ability to perform general filing and document management tasks
- Willingness to undergo background/reference checks and pre-employment physical testing where applicable
