Job Summary
Lead an a JYSK retail store in Sömmerda, managing team performance, driving sales growth, and ensuring flawless customer experiences. Execute store concepts while working hands-on with sales and stock organization. Guide and develop your team according to company values and leadership principles. Maintain oversight of key performance indicators and take initiative to boost revenue. Requires C1 German proficiency and prior retail or service management experience. Offers structured onboarding, mentorship, and a training program with potential advancement to district manager. Includes 36 days vacation, flexible weekly schedules, and a 50€ monthly expense card.
Required Qualifications
- Führungserfahrung im Handel, in der Gastronomie oder Dienstleistung
- Erfahrung als stv. Filialleitung im Handel
- Erfahrung als Schichtleitung in der Gastronomie
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift
