Job Summary
Lead the store in the Aachen region by managing staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. Execute retail concepts while working the sales floor and handling stock organization. You will oversee KPIs, mentor your team, and take full responsibility for store operations following a structured onboarding and mentorship program. This role offers a clear path to district manager, includes a 50€ monthly expense card, 36 days of vacation, and flexible scheduling with a free Saturday. Required Qualifications
- Führungserfahrung im Handel, in der Gastronomie oder Dienstleistung
- Erfahrung als stv. Filialleitung im Handel
- Erfahrung als Schichtleitung in der Gastronomie
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Unternehmerisches Denken
- Verstehen von Kunden- und Verkaufsorientierung
- Fähigkeit, exzellenten Service vorzuleben
- Fähigkeit, ein Team für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu begeistern
