Job Summary
Lead the independent operation of the Dillingen store after structured onboarding, managing staff motivation and development while monitoring sales KPIs to drive revenue growth. Ensure the team delivers a 100% customer-focused experience by executing store concepts and working hands-on with sales and merchandising tasks. This role offers a structured entry into JYSK's leadership track, including a dedicated trainer program, with flexible weekly schedules and a free Saturday monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Führungserfahrung im Handel, in der Gastronomie oder Dienstleistung
- Erfahrung als stv. Filialleitung im Handel
- Erfahrung als Schichtleitung in der Gastronomie
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift
