Job Summary
Lead the independent operation of a JYSK store in the Dieburg region by managing staff, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Execute store concepts while personally demonstrating leadership on the sales floor and during stock organization. Oversee daily operations with a focus on KPIs and team development within the Filialleiter-Traineeprogramm. Requires proven retail or service management experience, strong German language skills (C1), and an entrepreneurial mindset. Required Qualifications
- Führungserfahrung im Handel, in der Gastronomie oder Dienstleistung
- Erfahrung als stv. Filialleitung im Handel
- Erfahrung als Schichtleitung in der Gastronomie
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift
