Job Summary
Lead a JYSK retail store in Baden-Baden by managing staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Execute store concepts while working hands-on with merchandising and sales floor operations. Foster team development through mentorship and uphold leadership principles aligned with company values. Maintain strict oversight of key performance indicators to achieve store-level targets. This role includes a structured onboarding with personal mentoring and participation in a dedicated leadership training program. You will benefit from a 36-day vacation allowance, flexible scheduling, and a path to district management.
Required Qualifications
- Führungserfahrung im Handel, in der Gastronomie oder Dienstleistung
- Erfahrung als stv. Filialleitung im Handel
- Erfahrung als Schichtleitung in der Gastronomie
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Unternehmerisches Denken
- Verfügbarkeit für den Job im Management
