Job Summary
Lead a JYSK retail store alongside the store manager, ensuring the team remains 100% focused on sales and customers while implementing store concepts and routines. Drive positive results by taking initiative on key metrics and motivating the team to achieve outstanding performance. Embrace physical work and movement as a role model, actively participating in sales and routine tasks. Manage the store and its results independently after completing the structured Trainee program, which includes mentorship from an experienced manager. Work weekends as required, with one day off per week, while maintaining German language proficiency at C1 level.
Required Qualifications
- Bereitschaft, die Verantwortung für deinen zukünftigen eigenen Store und die Ergebnisse zu übernehmen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft, auch an Samstagen zu arbeiten
- Du hast dafür einen Tag in der Woche frei
