Lead a JYSK retail store alongside the store manager, ensuring the team remains fully focused on sales and customers. Drive positive changes in key metrics by motivating the team to achieve outstanding results. Implement and maintain store concepts and routines while taking on responsibility for sales tasks and routine duties. Embody the brand values through physical activity and leadership, acting as a role model for the team. Manage the store independently after completing the structured trainee program, which includes mentorship from an experienced manager. Work weekends as required, with one day off per week, and apply strong communication skills to foster a positive, appreciative work environment.
