Lead a JYSK retail store alongside the store manager, ensuring the team remains fully focused on sales and customers. Drive positive changes in key metrics by motivating the team to achieve outstanding results. Implement and maintain store concepts and routines while modeling physical readiness and taking ownership of routine sales tasks. Collaborate on the Filialleiter Trainee program with ongoing mentorship from an experienced manager. This role involves a structured onboarding plan and prepares you for future store leadership. You will manage a store located near your home upon successful program completion. The position requires German language proficiency at C1 level and flexibility to work Saturdays.
